A ninety-day leadership team journey

Measure the conditions. Design one practice. Keep it.

TeamQ reads the conditions a team performs in and names the few that matter. Then five workshops turn one of them into a ritual the team runs without Samuh in the room.

  1. Prepare

Roster, briefings, and a date in the calendar.

  2. Discover
    Whole team · 60–90 min

Everyone takes TeamQ, then reads the results together.

  3. Empathize
    Whole team · 60–90 min

What it is actually like to work here, said out loud.

  4. Crystallize
    Whole team · 60–90 min

One practice: what it is, when it happens, who keeps it.

  5. Iterate
    Whole team · 60–90 min

A month in: what worked, what to try next.

  6. Close
    Whole team · 60–90 min

TeamQ again, and see what moved.

What TeamQ measures

TeamQ asks about the team environment — the conditions a team works in — and the practices it uses to look after itself. It does not assess individuals, and it produces no score anyone can be ranked by. Fifteen minutes, on each person's own screen, fully anonymous. It was built with Sapien Labs.

The results come back as two readings: where the team sits on each condition, and where it sits on each practice. Alongside them the platform names the few factors that would move this particular team the most — the judgement the data can make, so the team can spend its judgement on what to do about it.

Pricing

A Team Journey is priced per team. Org Q is priced by how many people it covers across the organisation:

Every package includes the whole journey — the assessment, the workshop materials, the platform for the full cycle, and the closing comparison. Coaching and facilitation are available on top.

Questions Samuh gets asked

Is it really anonymous?
Yes. Everyone answers through one shared link, and nothing anybody submits can be traced back to them — not by their manager, and not by Samuh. The roster is used only as the denominator, so a manager can see that eleven of fourteen people have answered without knowing which eleven.
How much time does this take?
TeamQ is about fifteen minutes, once at the start and once at the end. The five workshops are 60–90 minutes each, spread across roughly ninety days. Between them the team runs its own practice, which is usually minutes, not hours.
Does everyone need to be there?
The workshops work best with the whole team, each person on their own screen — that is how the voting, the metaphor cards and the canvas fill in live. They can be run in a room together or over video.
Do we need a trained facilitator?
No. The manager facilitates, usually with a co-lead, and the platform carries the structure — a prep video before each session, an intro to play to the room, and timing on every step. Samuh coaches are available for teams that want one.
What is the difference between TeamQ and Org Q?
TeamQ is the reading for a single team, and the Team Journey is what that team then does about it. Org Q is the same picture across a whole organisation, built from the teams inside it — it shows which groups need which conditions most, so leaders can sequence where to start.
What happens to our data?
Responses stay with the assessment platform and reach the dashboard stripped of anything identifying. Samuh never joins a response to a person, because there is nothing in it to join on.
Can we run it again?
That is the design. The closing workshop takes TeamQ a second time on the same assessment, so the two readings are directly comparable — and most teams then leave two to three months before starting another cycle.
